Terms of Service

1. The Riding Centre is a private property equipped with CCTV camera. Before entering, please check in at the reception or notify our staff of the purpose of your stay.

2. Vehicles can only be parked in the parking lot and driving them in the area of the Riding Centre is prohibited. Bikes must be parked at the bicycle racks located in the parking lot and riding them in the area is also prohibited.

3. Restrooms and changing rooms can only be used after checking in. Clothing and riding equipment can only be stored in the cabinets or at the designated places.

4. Riders at the riding school must wear a helmet, and other riding equipment is highly recommended.

5. Access to the stables is not allowed without permission, due to health and safety reasons. Tying up or grooming horses in the passageway of the stables is forbidden.

6. Feeding horses is only possible by the assigned people, extra feeding is forbidden (except in the presence of the instructor).

7. Horses can only be taken out from the stables with permission.

8. The paddocks are enclosed by electric fence, touching them might be dangerous.

9. Please take care of the cleanliness in all areas, changing rooms, toilets, yard, etc. Garbage must be placed in the designated waste bins. Users shall take full responsibility for all equipments owned by the Riding Centre (harness, safety gear, grooming instruments, obstacles, other sports equipment, eg. bicycles, table tennis, volleyball, etc.). Any wilful damage must be avoided, otherwise the consequences will involve not only paying for the damage caused, but also banning from using the Riding Centre.

10. Electricity and water should not be wasted, as service users will be charged for the increasing costs.

11. We will not take any responsibility for valuables owned by visitors and riders.

12. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas and forbidden in all other areas (in the stable, common areas, feed storage area).

13. All dogs must be kept on a lead in the territory of the Riding Centre, but may not be taken or let to the path between the pens or to the children's playground. Owners shall be required to throw dog faeces into the waste bins.

14. The services of the Riding Centre can be used only at your own risk during business hours.

15. Horses can only be led, walk, graze, or ride on the designated roads and areas.

16. Opening hours are 8.00-20.00 every day. Beyond this time staying in the territory of the Riding Centre is only allowed with the permission of the manager of the Riding Centre.

17. Feeding times: 6.30-7.00, 12.00-12.30, 20.00-20.30. Half an hour before feeding and one and a half hours after feeding horses must be kept in the stable or paddock. During this time to avoid injury and for safety reasons animals should not be disturbed.

18. Disturbing and feeding horses being in the automatic horse walker is strictly prohibited.

19. Teaching or any business activity in the Riding Centre is only permitted with the approval of the manager of the Riding Centre.

20. Relatives and other companions can only watch riding lessons and trainings from outside of the track and not allowed to disturb it with shouting, running around, or comments.

21. Climbing on machines is dangerous and forbidden.

22. Companions and children, due to safety reasons, must stay in the designated area. Supervision of children are the responsibility of the adult person by whom they were taken. Children may only stay on the riverside under the supervision of an adult person. Visitors with small children are required to be particularly cautious regarding the children's behaviour, that could endanger their or the riders' physical safety. Unattended children are not allowed, the adult person by whom they were taken shall be responsible for them.

23. How to use the indoor riding hall:

- In case of bad weather a covered riding hall is available,  according to a schedule agreed in advance.

- Entrance and exit always must be preceded by both the riders and their companions saying a loud "Make way" to indicate their intention, and then waiting patiently for a response. Either entrance or exit is only allowed afterwards.

- Any other behaviour is considered dangerous.

24. We expect fair and mutually respectful behaviour from all of our partners while riding, in order to protect the physical integrity of their own and other people.   .

Additional information for horse owners:

25. Feeding times: 6:30-7:00, 12.00-12.30, 20.00-20.30. For the health of their horses, owners should not ride them during these periods of time. Horses are required to be kept in the stable half an hour before and one and a half hours after feeding. Horses must be exercised every day. When resting your horses due to injury or other reason, ask for reduced portion of forage for them

26. The horse owner is obliged to inform the manager of the Riding Centre who can ride their horses.

27. The tracks of the Riding Centre can be used by horse owners during the opening hours, except when there is a scheduled jumping workout or race. During jumping workout, the trainer may allow others to ride their horses.

28. Employees, helpers or guests may only be entrusted with any work, horse riding or horse training with the permission of the manager of the Riding Centre.

29. Horse owners are obliged to hand in identification documents of their horses (horse passport) to the manager of the Riding Centre, in case of transportation of horses they need to consult about its receipt.

30. How to use the indoor riding hall:

- In case of bad weather a covered riding hall is available,  at the moment only according to a schedule agreed in advance.

- Entrance and exit always must be preceded by both the riders and their companions saying a loud "Make way" to indicate their intention, and then waiting patiently for a response. Either entrance or exit is only allowed afterwards.

- Any other behaviour is considered dangerous.

- The last rider in order according to the schedule must lock the the riding hall and turn off electricity. If any problem arises, ask our staff persons for help.

- Lunging and unleashing horses is only permitted with prior permission.

- Equipment used for riding (obstacle elements, cavaletties, cones) must be put away after finishing lessons.

31. On the tracks of the Riding Centre among riders "right hand rule" is in effect. Right hands meet!
